The Administration of Nonprofit Sector and Voluntary Agencies

This course examines leadership, management and governance strategies and techniques applicable in nonprofit eleemosynary organizations. This course is primarily designed to help prepare resourceful, creative, performance-focused nonprofit leaders and social entrepreneurs, but it also serves to assist anyone working in other sectors to better understand the challenges facing the nonprofit organizations that are providing an increasing proportion of public goods and services.
